Who We Are

Excelorators is an education company based in Cambridge, MA and San Francisco, CA. We bring together thought leaders from academia, business, technology, and government in training sessions that focus on the needs of your group or organization. We promote communication and cooperation to shape the next generation of global innovators and successful entrepreneurs.

Our ambition is to nurture international relationships by creating strong bonds between individuals and businesses founded on common ambitions and fueled by the desire for mutual success. We develop programs that encourage an exchange of ideas and lead to prosperity.

How We Work
  • Program Request
    When a program is requested, either through our website online request form or through one of our Sales partners, an EXO liaison will contact you within 24 hours to deliver a program schedule and estimate for your approval. As part of our agreement, we will guarantee all program deliverable and levels of accommodations except:
  • Accommodation Locations
  • Professors Names
  • Executive names at Corporate sites
  • Contractual Agreement
    Once the estimate and schedule are approved, EXO will deliver a contract with program terms along with a request for a 20% deposit. If the requested program commencement date is WITHIN 30 days of contract date, EXO will require the entire amount of the program fee.
  • Program Fulfillment
    After the deposit and participant name list have been received, Excelorators will begin the fulfillment process. This involves securing all resources to fulfill your program. The name list will ensure that clients receive the correct:
  • Visa Invitation Letters
  • Certificates of Program Completion
  • University and Corporate Site Security Clearance
  • Remainder of Payment
    After we have secured all program resources, EXO will provide the client with a final invoice for the remainder of the payment. This payment is due within 30 days of delivery or upon receipt if the program commencement date is less than 30 day from the invoice date.
  • Final Schedule
    Once the full payment is received, the client will receive final program details along with a schedule within 48 hours of payment.
  • Refund Policy
    All deposits are nonrefundable. Final payments received within 30 days of program commencement are also nonrefundable.
